About Kiran Kosaraju

My name is Kiran and I am a teenage photographer based out of Montreal & New York City. I am currently working on 2 main forms of photography; candid and landscape.

My passion for photography began when I discovered my mother's collection of coffee table books. I flipped through the works of photographers such as Henri Cartier-Bresson and Slim Aaron's. I pursued my curiosity by exploring New York with my iPhone, capturing compositions and learning new techniques. 

The first time I was able to get a hands-on with a camera was during a trip I took to Kenya and Tanzania. I was able to explore with my parents' camera, seeing how different settings affected the image.
